Saying Goodbye (for now) to Mexican Fiesta 🌮❤️

This one's a little tough to write.

Mexican Fiesta has been part of Grilling Geek Spices since day one. It was one of the first blends I ever created, and more importantly, it was the one that hooked my wife. That’s right... this was the flavor that won her over. When she said it was a keeper, I knew I was onto something.

But as the lineup grows and we make room for some exciting new blends, it’s time to say goodbye for now to this OG favorite.

Only 8 bottles remain, and once they're gone, that'll be it for a while.

That said, this isn’t goodbye forever. Mexican Fiesta is going into the vault. Not gone, just taking a break. It'll be back someday, probably with a few tweaks that make it even better, but the spirit of it will always stay the same.

If you’ve got a bottle at home, savor it. If you want to grab one of the last few, now’s the time.
